Welcome to Rendezvous Wellness & Resort. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and our hotel accommodations and services. By using our website or staying with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using any of our facilities and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once full payment (100%) has been received. We are unable to hold or guarantee any room booking without completed payment. When you book through our website or a third-party platform such as Booking.com, Expedia, or Agoda, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

• Rates are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of booking
• Reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received
• Check-in is from 2:00 PM onward, and check-out is until 12:00 PM
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation in accordance with applicable law and our booking policies

3. Rates and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. Full payment is required in advance to secure your reservation and must be completed within the payment deadline provided by our team. Unpaid bookings may be automatically released without prior notice.

You are responsible for settling all charges incurred during your stay, including any damage to property.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

All confirmed bookings are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, shortened stays, or unused nights. Booking payments cannot be transferred to another date, guest, or service.

Booking amendments, including requests to modify stay dates or room types, are subject to availability and management approval. Additional charges may apply.

5. Direct Booking Validity

For direct bookings made with Rendezvous Wellness & Resort, the booking and payment are valid for a maximum period of 6 months from the payment date. Any unused booking after the validity period will be considered expired and non-refundable.

6. Gym Access and Fitness Facilities

Registered hotel guests have complimentary access to our gym, fitness classes, and recovery area during their stay. Please note the following:

• Only registered hotel guests can access the gym and recovery area
• Any unlisted additional guest must purchase a day pass to accompany you

Use of our fitness facilities is subject to our separate Gym Terms of Service, which you agree to by using these facilities.

7. Resort Rights

Rendezvous Wellness & Resort reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings that do not comply with our payment and booking policies.

8. Cafe Services

Our on-site cafe serves food and beverages. While we aim to accommodate dietary preferences, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

9. Co-Working Space and Internet

Our co-working space and high-speed internet are provided for your convenience. You agree to use the internet and facilities lawfully and responsibly and to refrain from any activity that disrupts other users. We do not guarantee uninterrupted internet service and are not responsible for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

10. Guest Conduct

We aim to provide a comfortable, safe, and respectful environment for all guests. You agree to behave respectfully toward our staff and other guests. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful, without refund, where permitted by law.

11. Property and Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal property while on our premises, except where required by law. Please use the safe or secure storage provided for valuables where available. You are responsible for any damage you cause to our property.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, accommodations, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bali, Indonesia.
